Editable wine party printables designed from my original food and wine artwork, never clip art. Invitations, menus, tasting scorecards and trivia are all Canva templates in my Etsy shop. Customize them with a free Canva account, then print at home or at a print shop.
How My Party Printables Work
- Click any product link below to shop the template on Etsy
- Open the Canva link that comes with your purchase (a free Canva account works)
- Edit any copy to customize to your party: names, date, menu and wines
- Download your customized file as PDF, PNG or JPEG
- Print at home or at a print shop
What’s in your download: a PDF guide with a link to each template size (the menu, for example, comes in 8.5 × 11″ and 3.5 × 7″), step-by-step instructions, and printing tips. Exact sizes are listed on each Etsy listing.
Wine Tasting Party Printables: The Wine Infused Collection

“Wine Infused” is my original watercolor painting celebrating the love of wine and little misadventures one has when enjoying a lifetime of good reds. I’ve incorporated elements of this piece in my designs to create a collection of party pieces, from invitations to signage to thank you gifts. You can pick a few element or bigger kits that creates a cohesive event experience.
You can also find the full collection of printables and host gifts on my Etsy shop “By Have Wine Will Pair”.

Printing Tips: At Home or at a Print Shop
A few minutes of prep saves paper, ink and a last-minute dash to the print shop.
- Stick with free elements. Everything in my templates works with a free Canva account. If you add an element marked with a crown icon, Canva will charge for it.
- Proofread first. Check names, dates and addresses before you download.
- Download as “PDF Print.” In Canva, click Share → Download and choose PDF Print for the crispest results.
- Keep the bleed. The slate background runs a little past the trim line, so your edges print color, not white. Downloading as a PNG or JPG can cut that off.
- Printing at home: use heavy cardstock (80–110 lb), set your printer to Best Quality and 100% scale (not “Fit to Page”), and run a test page first. You may need to trim the edges.
- Printing at a print shop: upload your PDF Print file to Staples, FedEx or Walgreens, or try an online service like Prints of Love. Canva offers printing too.

Party Printables FAQ
Are these physical cards? No. They’re digital Canva templates. After purchase you immediately get a PDF with instructions and links to the Canva templates. You customize them and print at home or at a print shop, so nothing ships.
Do I need Canva Pro? Nope. A free Canva account is all you need. Every element is either my own design or free on Canva, so nothing in the template is locked behind Pro.
What can I change? All text can be edited. Text boxes and separator lines are locked in place to keep the layout tidy, but you can unlock them to move things around. Right click on an element and click the lock status (picture of lock) until it shows it unlocked (picture of open lock). You can then move, delete, change fonts, size or color of that element. You can also add your own elements such as text, graphics or images (if you choose a Canva Pro element – you will have to pay Canva directly upon download if not already a subscriber).
Can I use them for a birthday, anniversary or holiday dinner? Yes. The designs work for any practically any adult-age party; just swap in your own occasion and specifics. You can even add on some elements if you want to make it seasonal (snowflake, fall leaf…or send me a request with your idea).
What paper should I print on? Heavy cardstock (80–110 lb) works well at home, but check your printed to make sure that it can run it without jamming. Or upload your PDF Print file to a print shop like Kinkos. I often use Avery formatted products, as they seem to feed through a standard inkjet without clogging. You can also print on a non-formatted cardstock and trim for nice crisp edges. Always run a test print on plain paper first, to check quality and alignment. This saves a lot of cardstock.
Can I get a refund, or a different size? Because these are digital downloads that can’t be returned, all sales are final. But if you get stuck customizing your template, or need a different size or print spec, reach out through my Etsy shop and I’ll help you sort it out.
Did you paint these by hand? I painted the original artwork by hand, then brought it into my design program to create each template. That’s why you won’t find these designs anywhere else.
